A voluntary, non-profit, and non-governmental organization founded in January 2019. It was established to promote social cohesion, strengthen emergency response mechanisms, and build resilience by mobilizing resources to alleviate the suffering of conflict-affected and vulnerable populations, including women, men, and children. CDP is dedicated to uplifting communities, especially those in conflict zones, through sustainable development initiatives. The CDP emerged from a group of motivated young volunteers determined to rebuild Sudan’s humanitarian and civil rights in response to the severe crises witnessed during the rule of Omar al-Bashir. This initiative grew during a time when Sudan faced resource shortages and widespread deprivation of basic human rights, leading to the country's movement toward freedom and civilian governance.
